Elysium
Violence is of course forbidden within Elysium. Any disputes will be adjudicated by the Prince or his chosen representative.
The Prince, Sheriff, and Scourge may bear whatever armaments they see fit within Elysium. Other Kindred are required to leave any weapons at the door unless the Prince has given them special dispensation. Such dispensation is understood to last until the end of the current gathering or until revoked, whichever comes first.
The use of disciplines shall be restricted within Elysium. The Prince and Seneschal retain the right to use disciplines, while the Keeper of Elysium, Sheriff, and Scourge may use disciplines as required by their duties. Kindred who have been granted hospitality may mask their visage if other Kindred's sensibilities would be affected by their not doing so.
All kindred may use non-intrusive powers of Auspex.
All other use of disciplines, except in self-defence, is forbidden without explicit permission of the Prince.
The Sheriff's right to question kindred extends into Elysium, though the rules of Elysium still apply.

An individual cannot hold more than one city position at a time, even where that individual is possessed of an above-average quantity of minds. Any kindred gaining a new position will be expected to relinquish the previous one immediately.
