Beatrice Faulkner is granted status for services to Clan Toreador and is appointed as Clan whip. (Able to serve in stead of Toreador Primogen in meetings but cannot grant status to Clan members. OOC note: We wouldn't normally post things like this but Daena has limited internet access)
