A reminder regarding actions taken against other PC's.
Firstly, please remember the three game rule. In their first three games, we expect our more experienced players to be educating rather than taking advantage of new players.
If you wish to take an action against another PC that will potentially have an effect on their character sheet such as assault, use of informational disciplines or more serious attacks on them such as torporising or blood-binding then a ST must witness and sign off on that action. This will ensure that reality shifts are minimised as we will null such actions if not witnessed at our discretion.
